You should clean the room regularly and ensure the responsible use of the available equipment and furniture.
During your stay in the Residence, you should follow the guidelines in the Residence’s Operating Regulations.

The presence of non-residents is only allowed in the Residence under the following conditions:
- As a visitor, between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.;
- Only for IPCA students;
- Identification must be presented (excluding citizen card) when entering the Reception.
Non-resident students can only access the common areas and study rooms, provided they are accompanied by a resident student.
If you encounter any problems with the facilities or within the community, you should contact the receptionist or the Social Services.
In case of a lost access card, immediately inform the receptionist and Social Services to arrange a replacement. The fee for the replacement is set by order and charged to the student.
Upon departure, a room inspection will be conducted, checking the room’s condition, furniture, and linen. An evaluation form will be filled out, signed by both the student and the SASIPCA staff.
The room inspection will generally take place between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The departure will be finalised after the return of the access card and the room inspection form, validated by SASIPCA.
