Therapeutic Group Description

Group therapy is a form of therapy where a carefully selected group of individuals regularly meets for a therapeutic purpose, under the guidance of one or two therapists.

The groups are composed of individuals who share a common problem or concern. It is intended for people motivated to reflect on their feelings and behaviors, as well as to listen to those of others.

The therapeutic group Untying the Knot of Anxiety aims to create a space where students, guided by a psychologist, can share their experiences, thoughts, and emotions related to anxiety. Through the sharing of coping strategies and the creation of a safe environment, participants can learn to manage their symptoms better and feel less alone in the process.
